Warranty: Our Promise
* 24/7 Service Hotline
* In case of equipment breakdown, response in 30 minutes and on-site service within 4 to 12 hours.
* If breakdown caused by design flaw, we cover both warranty service and any repairing cost.
* If necessary, we will provide on-site service or a dedicated support team.
* Quarterly equipment maintenance and routine check-up
* Off-Warranty: Our Responsibility

The following terms and conditions are not covered by warranty:
* Damages caused by employees' improper operations.
* Consumables (i.e. direct contact probes or sensors and/or items on consumable list)
* Any UN-RECOMMENDED or IMPROPER alterations to 1. controlling system or software, 2. contents of coating chemicalˇ¦s
composition, or 3.mechanical parts of equipments.
* Any UN-RECOMMENDED or IMPROPER installation of non-original-manufacturerˇ¦s parts
* damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquake, flood, or fire incident.
